How to Place an Order
Please read the information below before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Elisabeth through her contact page or email: hello@elisabethsroom.com
Please do not message Elisabeth on Etsy unless your order was placed through Etsy.
Important
Elisabeth reserves the right to cancel or refund any orders if she does not feel spiritually or energetically aligned with the request.
Placing Your Order
🕯️ When checking out, you must enter your questions or details in the "Special Order Instructions" box before completing payment.
If this box is left empty and no email is sent to me with questions, your order may be refunded.
If you forgot to include your questions, please email them to

Photos for spell-work or cord cutting rituals can also be emailed using the same address. Please include your Order Number and send them through shortly after placing your order.
Delivery Times
🔮 Spell Work & Cord-Cutting Rituals
Spells are usually cast within 7 days. You may request a Waning, Waxing, New Moon or Full Moon casting. Otherwise, Elisabeth will select the next available/best date for your casting.
Once complete, you will receive a short summary report and photos via email.
🔮 Psychic / Clairvoyant Readings
Delivered within 4 days (longer if delays occur).
Refunds
If Elisabeth is unable to deliver your reading due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness), you will be fully refunded on the same day.
Please note that Elisabeth's readings and spell-work services are non-refundable once you've received your reading or a spell has been cast.
Elisabeth reserves the right to cancel or refund orders if she cannot connect with the energy of the situation or feels the request is not appropriate.
