Operating Hours & Delivery Policy

• Availability Window: Calls are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time), 7 days per week. My availability outside these hours is at my discretion. 

• Response Time: Orders placed within business hours are contacted via email/SMS as a priority to confirm your exact call slot within 1–3 hours of purchase.

• After-Hours Purchases: Any order placed after 6:00 PM AEST will automatically be booked into the first available morning slot (between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM AEST) the following day.
