How to Place an Order
Please read the information below before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Elisabeth through her contact page. Please do not contact Elisabeth on Etsy for website enquiries.
How Do I Place An Order?
🕯️ When checking out, you must enter your questions or details in the "Special Order Instructions" box before completing payment.
If you do not see a notes section upon checkout, please use the contact page and add your order details there.
Photos for spell-work or cord cutting rituals can also be emailed to me once I have made contact with you. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND JUNK MAIL!! And double check your email address upon checkout.
How Long Until I Receive My Order?
🔮 SPELL WORK
Spells are usually cast within 7 days. You may request a Waning, Waxing, New Moon or Full Moon casting. Otherwise, Elisabeth will select the next available/best date for your casting depending on the ritual.
🔮 READINGS
Delivered within 1-4 days (longer if delays occur, Elisabeth will always reach out if there are delays).
🦋 Can I Rush My Order?
PURCHASING A RUSH ORDER ADD-ON + YOUR READING MEANS YOU WILL GET YOUR READING NEXT IN QUEUE. (WITHIN 12 HOURS OR SO)
🔮 What Happens After I Place An Order?
Elisabeth will contact you as soon as she receives your order. She will advise you on when to expect your reading.
Please note time zone differences, if Elisabeth receives your order while she's asleep, she'll respond as soon as she starts work the next day. Elisabeth is on AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
🕯️ What Happens After I Order A Spell?
Elisabeth will be in contact asap. She will advise you on when your spell will be cast.
You will receive a Spell Report via Email within 24 hours after your spell is cast. Your spell report will include Photos of your altar and casting, a Video and guidance on what to do next.
I'm Unhappy With My Order, Can I Get A Refund?
If you are unhappy with your order and you are a new customer, Elisabeth will first work with you to rectify any issues. This is to prevent scammers and dishonest people from getting free readings.
If you are an existing customer (have ordered a reading or spell previously) Elisabeth may decide to offer a refund.
If Elisabeth is unable to deliver your reading due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness), you will be fully refunded on the same day.
Please note that Elisabeth's readings and spell-work services are non-refundable once you've received your reading or a spell has been cast. You may request a refund BEFORE any work is done.
Elisabeth reserves the right to cancel or refund orders if she cannot connect with the energy of the situation or feels the request is not appropriate.
